By placing an order on PhantomCharger.com store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this following policy.
Our policy lasts 90 days after the arrival date. If 90 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If a customer reports a product defective/broken, she/he will be required to send pictures of whatever defects they’re claiming is wrong with the products to the site’s customer service email. After receiving pictures, our customer support will forward them in a file to the Operations team where they’ll confirm if the customer’s claim is accurate. If the customer is requesting a refund, and it’s been within 90 days of receipt of the order, we will issue a refund. If the customer is requesting a return, we will communicate with the Operations team, have a return label sent to that customer, once confirmed shipped back to us, we will have another product sent out when we receive and inspect the defective product.
Lost or stolen packages
Special offer items(if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, items labeled as "Special Offer" cannot be exchanged because the customer actively tried and succeeded in circumventing the system. Labeled “Special Offer” items can only be purchased when and if a customer purchases the parent product of the product labeled “Special Offer” within one transaction. If the parent product is removed or not included in the cart page while the product labeled “Special Offer” remains and then purchased, this qualifies under Circumventing the system.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
At PHANTOM, your happiness is our priority, and we thank each and every one of you for supporting us. Each order is hand inspected by members of the PHANTOM Team before being shipped to your door. While we make it our goal to have every package arrive safely, in rare instances, sometimes things may happen. In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your product(s). We can not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address made on the customers behalf.
PHANTOM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PHATOM will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If you haven't received your order within 35 business days, your order is eligible for refunds or free reshipment. Please email us at email@example.com after the 35 business day period is over.
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
